Medavia has worked with over 2000 inspirational clients since its inception in 2003, and here are a few examples:
Zara Green feared her little girl’s birthmark would make her a lifelong target of bullies. We placed Zara’s story about her inspirational daughter, Connie Lloyd, in Reveal magazine, following coverage in the national newspapers and overseas. Zara donated her fee to Saving Faces, a facial surgery research foundation set up by Dr Iain Hutchinson who treated Connie’s facial disfigurement. For more information see www.savingfaces.com

Siobhan was diagnosed with a little-known condition, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, in 2003. After falling over she developed extreme pain in her right hand and was diagnosed with the condition which causes a long-term burning pain. The condition worsened and she is now affected in all four limbs. There is no cure. We placed her story in Love it! magazine, in the Get You Thinking section which debates important topics.
Jonathan was given up for adoption when he was a baby because his parents couldn’t deal with his facial disfigurement. He battled low self esteem and depression for years, until he met Laura. We told their inspirational love story in magazines including Reveal and Real People, and the couple have appeared in two major documentaries. We were proud to help raise awareness of Treacher Collins syndrome, and inspire a nation.
Louise was in the grips of bulimia when she met her boyfriend Dan. He helped her recover, but sadly Dan himself was diagnosed with anorexia. The couple made a pact and started eating and have since recovered. They wanted to tell their story to help other sufferers and we secured a deal for them to appear in Cosmopolitan and Fabulous, with a mention for eating disorder charity BEAT.
