As a director of Medavia, Jack has a decade of experience in supporting families at the centre of the nation’s biggest news stories. Recently this has included Sharon Elliot, a victim of Max Clifford who testified in his internationally-reported trial. He also managed the media campaign for the family of Jade Lomas-Anderson, calling for a change in the dangerous dogs law after Jade was mauled to death.

Helen has been at Medavia since it was founded more than a decade ago, from a background in working for national women’s magazines. As our features editor she runs a respected direct line of contact with editors in the national press. Her role involves negotiating terms of coverage on behalf of our clients, and devising bespoke action plans for families who need our help.

Chantelle joined Medavia as a senior writer in March 2013. She began her career in local news as a reporter at the Llanelli Star, before being promoted through the ranks to news editor at the Swindon Advertiser. Since joining the Medavia team she’s specialised in managing carefully controlled national news and magazine coverage for a wide range of clients. Chantelle is currently ghostwriting a book on behalf of murdered Bristol teenager Becky Watt's father and stepmother.

Danielle worked in local news before joining Medavia in January 2012. As a senior writer, she provides dedicated support and advice to families who find themselves under media scrutiny. Most recently, this has included the family of Jayden Parkinson, who was killed by her ex boyfriend in December 2013.

Laura joined the Medavia team in March 2014, after building a career in the Scottish local press. Since starting at Medavia she has negotiated sensitive coverage for a wide range of clients in national newspapers and magazines. For example, Laura managed the media coverage for mother-of-two Denise Clark, who spent two years preparing to die after being wrongly diagnosed with terminal cancer.

Nick joined Medavia in August 2013 as an intern, but soon became a permanent member of the team. As a news reporter, his job involves crafting packages of photographs and copy to distribute to the UK and international press. He specialises in negotiating on behalf of photographers, working with image portfolios that include urban exploration, wildlife, travel, extreme sport and underwater pictures.
